After reading the article, the item that got me wondering is the picture of the Al-Anabl Toyota Funny Car and the comment under the picture. Made me start thinking? Hmmm, if that Al-Anabl Toyota Funny Car does run next year, would there be any chance the driver would be a former 4X world champion? 3 times in Top Fuel and once in Nitro Funny Car? And just who was his crew chief when he won the 2005 Funny Car World Championship? Hey, stranger things have happened in Drag Racing, but it does make you wonder what is meant by the statement under that picture.

Did anybody else catch the comments on the ESPN3 broadcast after Shane Gray won ... I believe Page and Dunn commented on a "rumor" that Johnny Gray is going back to funny car next year. Hmmmmmmm
