b. lohnes on the call today during qualifying. not sure how many Q passes they will get
since yesterday was lost to weather. jason scruggs just put the hammer down with a wheelstanding 3.57 charge.
this 32 car field is going to be TIGHT!! that bradenton racing surface just glistens in the sun.

pretty sure the live feed ended. have to subscribe to flo to keep watching i think? free live feed preview was cool. thanks flo.
quartuccio goes to #1 in last Q1 pair against kye.

was able to catch E1 on utube live earlier today. some really great racing.
notable was kye kelly over stevie jackson, and antron with big holeshot win. mark micke floors them all with a 3.566 @ 219.90.
b lohnes and v alvarez on the call again. good stuff!!

Having to subscribe to FLO for a full month and the technical “difficulties” of WSOPM last year, (with no credit) will sadly keep me away this year, even with Mike Dunn announcing the PRO event

Does anyone know where to find the results of PM E 2??
have looked everywhere and can not find. best guess with FLO streaming it, the non subscribers won't find out anything past E1 till it's over.
was a little surprised E1 was free on utube.

It was a good show throughout the weekend. I bought the monthly Flo membership to cover me for the PRO shootout. The time between rounds felt like it was taking forever. I know the start was delayed, but it was like 2.5hrs between the end of the first round and the start of the 2nd round. The turnaround time for the last 2 rounds was a little over an hour which is what I am used to seeing with the NHRA.

Even tho the turnaround was a little long the coverage was good and Lones did a good job. Also suprisingly for as many cars that they had, not many oil downs.

That fraction you speak of is probably 99.5/100
mike, are you saying these PM teams spend the same amount per race as a pro nitro FC or TF? ..... maybe they do?
(i was trying to make comparison to a pro nitro FC or TF, and not a nostagia, chaos, or injected nitro car) ....... please respond

It's probably not as far off as many may think. And the blowers/fuel distribution systems they use are upwards of $50k new (and you gotta have at least 2), cost of a chassis with upkeep, etc. Look up the price of the shocks they use (I forget off hand how much a set of them go for) and travel cost is the same for them as anyone else. If you look at the per race cost, their life cycles for parts may be a little better, but they also have a tendency to wad their stuff up way more often than a fuel car. In terms of 'professional' blown racing operations, there is really no such thing as a cheaper alternative. You invest in the class that means the most to you.
