Tim Tindle is $25,000 richer and extended his second national event win defeating Jay Payne in the final round of the Pro Care RX Pro Mod Clash during the Las Vegas Nationals. This marks the 1st Career appearance and final round in Las Vegas for Tindle, who won the Pro Care RX Supernationals in New Jersey.
Tindle said "I want to thank my crew chief, Chuck Ford. Man, we have been struggling all year long and it feels good to get this win. This one is for Gary McArthur, a very good friend of mine that I lost to cancer earlier this week. This win is for you Gary. We wish you were here!"
Tindle's monumental day began with a victory over Scott Ray and then defeated John Russo to reach the finals. Tindle impressively plowed the power to the pavement behind the wheel of his Chuck Ford powered GT 500 Mustang.
When presented the $25,000 check to Tindle, Pro Care RX CEO Roger Burgess surprised the rookie driver from Santa Rosa Beach, Fl with $25,000 in cash and a very unique trophy.
Tindle remains in the number one qualifying position going into the tenth event of the AMS Promod Challenge, presented by Tindle Enterprises. First round of eliminations are scheduled for 5 pm.
