Ah, yup.. There is only one Shakedown.

I think Scotty Cannon Jr had the run of the year for any pro mod period last year in my opinion. When I heard the news, I was like.. "He ran WHAT!!!!!"

The shakedown at Etown is one of the biggest heads up 1/4 mile outlaw/pro mod/drag radial/10.5 races around. All kinds of classes and whatnot. Great racing. Its really turned into a cant miss event. I'd love to go, but I cant with the ADRl world finals next weekend, then Vegas 2 the next weekend. Although the weather doesnt look good at all. I hope they can run it and dont tear any cars up in the process.

I was heading out friday night for my first Shakedown . 70% chance of rain all weekend, so I will stay home. Speed TV show's last years event on tv now and then.

The Manager at the East Brunswick Days Hotel was real nice, he took my booking for this weekend and he rescheduled it for me for the rescheduled date.

hopefully the weather cooperates so the Record Books can be subjected to a PURE MASSACRE with the mineshaft conditions, 5.80s for nitrous and 5.70s for blown are going to be given out like free samples!!!

I'm MORE PSYCHED, if you've got a fast doorslammer, show us whatcha got and bring it to e-town!!!
