they did show a different angle on TV, from behind, and all you could wee was that Stanfield stage lights stayed lit when Stroupe left...looking at the angle here, its backed up. Not sure what happenedYou can't see the tree watching on NHRA.tv. I made the assumption that Stanfield was in shallow and blinked the bottom bulb. Then Wally left when he saw the blinking light. The graphic shows no blink though, so how accurate is Fox's graphic?
No replays showing the actual tree were shown on NHRA.tv and the FOX broadcast, even though you know they exist. On the telecast, no explanation was given for Stanfield's red light. Tony was talking about Stanfield "getting back on the throttle" and going after Stroup. Guess he missed the double reds.
They didn't show any replays of Brittany/Steve either, even though Brittany clearly crossed first in real time. They didn't show the incremental graphic either. Glad that one got corrected, but it's fishy when they decide not to show replays/data on questionable runs.
May have cost him the chance at a cship. Lets run pro stock at bristol to make up for itthey did show a different angle on TV, from behind, and all you could wee was that Stanfield stage lights stayed lit when Stroupe left...looking at the angle here, its backed up. Not sure what happened
