Agreed. The team that adapts quickest to the conditions will come out on top. Plus, it evens the playing field a bit and might throw a monkey wrench into the countdown. Should be interesting.
 
They did a poor job grinding the track too, so the surface is not that great, then combine that with the heat.
 
Does anyone know what happened to Steve Torrence? Nhra results shows that they couldn't get the car started in the first round, but they didn't say anything about the second round.:confused:
