Monday, 20 August 2007 - (Sydney, NSW) After yesterday's scheduled Test and Tune event for the upcoming ACDelco East Coast Nationals was rained out in Sydney, we can now confirm that the event will be re-scheduled for THIS Sunday - at the same times planned for last weekend.
However, due to the Jamboree event at Queensland's Willowbank Raceway also being programmed this weekend, the Mega Buck Bonanza re-run will unfortunately be once again re-scheduled shortly. Keep an eye on :: Western Sydney International Dragway :: for details of this as it comes to hand.
The Test and Tune will proceed in full fury however, as several competitors for the East Coast Nationals event have important licensing requirements and numerous teams are keen to conduct vital testing for the huge event to be conducted on Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1.
In very positive news however, the medium to long range forecast suggests perfect weather for both the re-scheduled Test and Tune this Sunday and also the ACDelco East Coast Nationals event proper, where more than 400 Drag Racing teams are set to explode in celebration of a brand new Australian Championship Drag Racing season!
Please note, that ADDITIONAL entries will NOT be accepted for the Test and Tune event.
