Tom, you beat me to it. I sent them a detailed message about the problems I have been have ALL YEAR and they sent me the same IDIOTIC response! They absolutely don’t care about their customers or the quality of the product they sell. I’m wondering if Tom Kacvinsky might just be right about the hops and latency. I had pixelation on Friday going through my regular isp. So today I decided to try and watch using my VPN. It’s MUCH BETTER so far.
