Did anyone notice the slick manifold cover on Jason Lines car, looks cool wonder if NHRA will make them remove it.
Glad to see Elite and Gray looking better.

There's not enough teams out there that wants to spend the money to race this class.
Don't have a clue what it cost to run Pro Mod but 29 teams entered is pretty impressive

Really miss not seeing Larry Morgan out there.

I know i will be called a whinner, trouble maker but I'm sorry these qualrying shows are terrible, McGaha, Choughlin,, Nobile, Johnson and a few others never shown making a qualifying pass, same with other classes, watch qualifying last year every teams was shown after first round, no reason for NHRA not doing the same this year. Supposed to be qualifying not highlights.

I guess they weren't happy with the old rules/equipment the last couple of seasons either.

Yep. There's no doubt that the new rules have had an impact, but this is the bottom line. And Morgan not being out there hurts obviously, but that wasn't because of the new rules.

I'm not a big fan of the qualifying shows, either. But I will say that the race day coverage is really good, Tony included. I was on the Dunn bandwagon like most everybody else, but Tony has come a long way in only a couple of broadcasts and deserves props.

I caught the Sportsman show from Pomona and was disappointed. Then I realized it was Pomona and that Fox fixed all the issues with the ET's, winners of the round, etc. at the following race. So I'm assuming those repairs will be seen in future Sportsman shows.

I noticed Jegge running a Rehr Morrison so I guess the engine program went away . Most teams lease engines these days prolly makes sense . Didn't see enough about the Gray's to know if they are in-house still .
I actually like the Pro Stockers better now without the huge scoop .

Sure would have been nice to see that, but nope they didnt show it and It was ob FB that FS1 got good coverage on it. THX NHRA.

Easy Mike, you know that Elite,Gray, McGaha will be on their heels soon. I know your a fan and I'm a fan of Jason but these teams are smart and it will be competitive again.
