Pro Stock Bike: Pippin not in the list after Q3? (1 Viewer)

Junior Pippin was in at #14 after Q2 with a 7.18. He clicks it off in Q3 and after that is not listed among the qualified after round 3. Anyone knows why, is it just a glitch in the reporting?

No Time, broke off the line.... and only 12 times carry over... so Junior has no official time on the books, even if there are only 15 spots filled.

Many thanks Karl,

Right you are, thanks. Not sure how to word this as to avoid causing offence though, but isn't this a poor setup? I.e. running a 7.18 during Q2 will have you beat by a 23-second run in Q3?

Well Yes...
But it's Not Fair in the no losers, PC, world we Americans put up with Today...
Just because you screw up on Friday, we HAVE to leave 4 open slots on Saturday so it's Fair...
12 and 4 makes less sense than the NHRA Dumbdown...
Don't try to understand it... It's not the 16 quickest that get in, look at it more like a BUY BACK at a Bracket Race...
Look at it as a bunch of guys who threw out 50 years to make a SHOW for people that really don't care It's ABOUT BEING YOUR BEST EVERY TIME DOWN THE TRACK... and the 16 quickest, whenever they ran it, should be in on Sunday
