The submit button is working now and I received a timely response from NHRA.tv . I asked about the 1st part of the day of 3/26/2019 video. The email I received stated the following:

"We were experiencing some technical difficulties which caused the issues with broadcast and our team is working on uploading a better version with full coverage. Kindly give us some more time to get back to you with an update."

I consider this a positive note, something I have hoping for.

Yup. They owed me a refund from something that was mostly my fault and they were helpful. It took a bit to get everything taken care of but not once did I ever feel that they were ignoring me or that I was going to be out money.
