24 SG racers 'qualified' so they only had 48 show up for first round after 113 were on the the entry list for Pomona.

It would have been interesting if they had gotten first round out of the way during the weekend to see how many people stuck around for round two. I'm not totally surprised that that many left before first round.

This is the Blood and Guts of drag racing, the start and cursed to be the finish of the event, but they stay, I say CUDO's to the Sportsman Racers. They are the True champions of Drag racing.
Little thought of, and infrequently heralded, but the start of all drag racing to be sure!
