Force is a cool cat. I hope someone sits down with him and records for posterity some of his stories. He can sure tell some stories!
When they had the test session at Famoso years ago, Force comes walking up in the stands to watch some racing. He sat next to us and was just going on and on about the cars. We were watching Super class cars run, but he was still just watching and commenting on how good (or not) the drivers were hitting the tree. Man, talk about cool. Sitting next to Force watching some racing. He was like a good buddy that you hang out with, really down to earth. Made a fan for life out of me that day.

Yea exactly, I mean c'mon! All of a sudden I've seemed to lose all my respect for the Andretti's. I do love the fact of no honda's in funny car...makes me feel better! Besides do they really think they could build an 8,000hp V8????

Don't group Michael with his dad. We met Mario at the bar eek at the Sam Schmidt Gala at Indy in May. As usual, true motorsports legends know where they came from and love to talk with fans.
As opposed to some later generation racers who had everything handed to them . . . assume you get my drift.
