[coverattach=1]GRAND BEND, ONTARIO (July 17, 2010) - After two days of qualifying at the IHRA Nitro Jam Nationals at Grand Bend, Ontario, PMRA Pro Modified driver Mike Stawicki leads the field into final eliminations on Sunday with his G-Force Race Cars MSR Performance powered 1968 Firebird.
Stawicki ran a 5.881-seconds at 252.05-miles per hour on Friday night to win the Marydel Homes Qualifying Bonus in round three of the 2010 Pro Modified Racing Association season.
Gary Irving of Toronto, Ontario, was second with a 6.169, 227.08, followed by Bruce Boland, Eric Latino, Vito Montesano, current Pro Modified Racing Association 2010 Championship Point Award Series presented by Magnum Auto Parts and Patio Passport leader Derek Hawker, Paul Noakes and Jack Brohman.
Final Championship PMRA eliminations will start at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
