WHAT:

Three Fat Guys Winery and ABM Communications present the second annual Throttle & Bottle Nationals.
Stars of the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, including the sport’s reigning Funny Car world champion, will return to Three Fat Guys Winery this Thursday, 7/27, where they will put their wine-making skills to the test before hitting the Sonoma Raceway dragstrip this weekend for the NHRA Sonoma Nationals, 7/28 – 7/30.
Each Throttle & Bottle Nationals participant will compete to create a custom wine blend. The blends will be taste-tested by a panel of judges comprised of “Fat Guys” and former NFL linemen Daryn Colledge and Tony Moll, Chuck “Flavor Train” Matto of Food Network’s BBQ Brawl show, and Three Fat Guys Winery’s resident winemaker, Jim McMahon.
The participant’s bottles will be listed for auction later that evening at the annual Eric Medlen Nitro Night fundraising event benefitting the Sonoma chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities. Tony Schumacher returns as the defending Throttle & Bottle Nationals champion.
