I am not a FORD guy, but this car is wicked awesome. And Justin is a cool cat. Looking forward to seeing it run next weekend!!!
 
This might have been addressed before but I'm going to ask a dumb question anyways. What is up with the black stripe on the back off all the prostockers hoodscoops? What's the purpose? Is it a rule of some sort?

That part of the scoop happens to be RIGHT IN THE LINE OF SIGHT of the YELLOW Christmas tree bulbs...;)
 
Definitely a sweet looking ride, but am I the only one that wishes they'd bring back the old "body in white" built pro stockers? I know it's all about aerodynamics, making the cars equally competitive and all. I just miss having cars that truly represent the cars they're based on. I'd love to see a field of Mustangs, Challengers, and Camaros.

Cars make RUNS when testing?.... holy cow where have i been...lol only run i saw from Justin was a 6.80 something and i remember talk of possible transmission issues on the run.... not sure... i was there for a few hours and they were taking a motor out when i got there and only caught the one pass.... not sure why they did the motor change either ... never heard anyone say...


Both of the KB Summit cars did a few mid to low 6.6 runs also.. think track temp was around 120 plus..not sure on the air so not sure on how well the runs were for the conditions....


And they were there for a few days also..i only caught one day....

Wow, I hate to be so blunt with my words but what a bunch of jerks. Atleast he's out there trying.
 
Wise man once told me.... Be FAST... if you can't be fast LOOK fast.... that will bring in the girls.......:D


it is a great looking car... and with past history of the YATES motor group now combined with Rousch.. it won't be long be for they get caught up....

If anyone thinks Sharp looking cars aren't a sell, they not spectators! Pro Mods' Biggest sell in the 90's was the awesome Paintschemes! Do Nice cars automatically win rces, of course Not! But I know of several racers who put a Nice Paintjob on the car, and they're Apparel sales went through the roof! If anyone remembers Wayne Stoelkel and the " Boogieman" they'd know what I was talkin about!
