Wait a minute...how can it be raining if I'm not there? LOL, while I've only been to three events this year, it's rained at all three.

Ha Ha Mark, I know how you feel. After the fiasco of the Winternationals the Seattle and Woodburn divisionals were both affected by rain. It finally took a beautiful weekend in Seattle for the national event last month to convince me I wasn't some kind of jinx.

Speaking of the Winters, are you coming out for the 50th anniversary next Feb? You really ought to do it so you can claim your half price discount on the Sunday ticket, since we all know that one round of pro-nitro constitutes half a show these days.

MOHNTON, Pa. -- To quote former NHRA Media representative Paul Kelly "geepers, creepers we have weepers." The racing part of the track is dry and ready to go, but there are weepers in the shut down area. The plan is now to start with Pro Stock Motorcycles when they can race. Competition Eliminator qualifying is now final, and they will run round one after the Pros and Alcohol qualifying sessions. . but now it SS first.

I want to but it's very doubtful at this point. It looks like I'll be going to some training with Edward Jones in Tempe around that time.

Audiocast and NHRA.com say its raining again. And judging by the radar for the area plenty yet to come ... I'd say they're probabbly done for the day (AGAIN). Be almost impossible to dry a track in that moist humid air with the sun setting. If so. it's gonna be another looooong day tomorrow. :(

They just called it. All fields are set.

Light announced tonight that the published rules included a typo. When JFR requested clarification he was given the right to qualify the car of his choice with the driver of his choice with the tuner of his choice in the car of his choice whenever he finds it convenient.

Somebody should have asked him why even have a rule then?
