Finally able to buy my FC team...

You will be able to make any funny car you want.

Several companies are making clear bodies to fit these cars. Paint them as you wish.

I painted Robert Hights car for myslef every year, but here are some others I have painted.

Some mine, some customers. I enjoy painting them, so sometimes I just do it for fun.

Paul,

I assume you use an air brush, as that is quite detailed painting. What kind do you have? I've been looking at getting one, but last time I looked, a good was $, really good ones were $$$.

Thanks...

All rattle can. I hate air brushes.. Too much work. Maybe I'm just lazy. :D

Paul, really nice work, especially using spray cans! Road Rage Camaro looks really proper. But I gotta say some of those Mustangs look well odd in proportion, where as the Tasca & Wilk 'Stangs look good. Are those different suppliers?

Yeah they are different, good eye. The FC rules allow a 14" wheelbase, where a true scale wheelbase would be 12.5. (125" real car) The Wilk and Tasca bodies are on a 13" wheelbase. The Other mustangs (Matco, Autozone) are on a 14" wheelbase, so they look low and stretched out.

If you put that same body (like Matco) on a 13" car, and just cut an inch off the back of the body, it does not look quite so out of proportion.
