Here are 2 threads for Div 7 race. No am not there. Have had the crud for last few weeks. Well, at least can watch on computer.
Thanks for the link to this. Good to glance at while I am doing office work.

I am always puzzled why the track operators or NHRA don't seem to publicize these Divisional races. There is rarely anyone in the stands. Aren't they better off with free parking and a $10.00 admission price to get some butts in the seats, and sell some beer and burgers?

if you were at orlando speedworld today, you would have seen a pass for the record books. mineshaft conditions there today, especially in morning.
reports of quite a few stockers and super stockers lifting as to not be hit ....... but a few didn't lift and for the first time ever a stocker ran in the 7's!!
tony fagnilli drove his 2019 copo FS/AAA to a record 7.847 @ 174.93. his 1/8 mile mph was 140!! on 9" tires. that is crazy fast.

Good to see Steve Gasperelli back behind the wheel. Sounded like he purchased the car Maddi Gordon ran last year. Also Kirk Kuhns has made his return to the class. 7 FC and 12 dragsters on the qualifying sheet.

Well, Reinhart has always said "When I become king..."
I think we may see IHRA step up to that plate you mention and see if it can really bear fruit.

My local track had a Pro Mod invitational, during the divisional race last year. 30 cars running for $50,000. It worked well. A lot more fans showed up. They are doing the same thing this year. I think this would work well for a lot of the east coast tracks.

Followed on line. Maddie won this year aganist Brian Hough. Last year, same finalists, but Brian won. You know that was a good race! Congrats to my (almost) homie, Jon Bradford from Tucson. Won T/AD with blown alky car, 5.195 - 278.46. His best times of the weekend, not quite Low ET. That car will be a player this year.

Blown alky without a barrel valve as well, they've finally got it making some very good runs
Blown alcohol, efi, torque converter.....that car has a very interesting and unique setup that I think could be the future for blown alcohol if they continue to show this kind of performance.
