Crane Cams Joins Foley & Lewis Racing

RICHMOND, Va. (October 8, 2007) - Doug Foley and Tim Lewis announced today that Crane Cams would become an associate sponsor on the Foley & Lewis top fuel Torco teams driven by Doug Foley and Terry McMillen. Crane Cams will also become the Official Cam Components of the Doug Foley Drag Racing School.

"I've known Roy (Griffith) for sometime now," said team driver Terry McMillen. "Having Crane a part of our top fuel team is exciting."

"We've been a part of Terry's alcohol team for a long time," said Roy Griffith Crane Representative. "Being a part of what Terry and Doug are doing really makes sense for Crane Cams."

Team owner and driver Doug Foley is also excited about the relationship, "Having Crane Cams behind our team gives us added confidence. In top fuel we're always pushing for more horsepower and speed. That's something we know Crane will give us an advantage on come race day."

Having Crane as the Official Cam Component of Doug Foley Drag Racing School further solidifies their leading position in Sportsman Racing. "The hundreds of drivers that come through our drag racing school each year always pay close attention to how we set up these cars," said Tim Lewis, co-owner of the team. "The performance and durability of Crane Cams is remarkable. In a drag racing school environment we'll beat on those engines as hard if not harder than any engine we'll run for racing. Crane stands up to that punishment and the students that come through our school know that."
