Chris Rivas Looks to be a Spoiler in Indy

After nearly missing the Countdown to Four, by a mere 11 points, Chris Rivas and his Torco Race Fuels Buell are looking to capture his first win.

Rivas is looking to keep his ninth place position in the Pro Stock Motorcycle Points. Rivas has never finished in the top-10, nor has he ever won an NHRA race. He is however looking to change all that by the end of the season.

“I want to win a race,” said Rivas. “Evan and Matt have provided me with a great bike and I am ready to win. I know we are not in the Countdown, but we are going to do all we can do to win a race and help Matt win the Championship as well. I love Indy and look forward to running there this weekend.”

Not having to fight for a spot in the Countdown anymore, Rivas has shifted his focus on winning his first NHRA national event, and what better place to do so than the U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis.
