looks like Joe Hornick and Johnny Gray are done. Theres something about Joe that doesn't keep him employed very long, but wherever Joe goes, performance seems to follow, so if someone, who can figure out how to get along with Joe and can afford him, wants to be very competitive in a relatively short period of time, give him a call. If Joe keeps this up he gonna catch Glidden for the most pro stock teams worked for :D

Why do you think he's building P/S engines? he can't get a job in NASCAR. He was known as the Whore in the Busch Series. You gotta think there's something wrong with him,too many jobs in a short period of time.

how about teaming up joe hornick, ricky smith, bob glidden and warren johnson, in between rounds they can have ufc stlye cage matches :D

As a (over) general rule in the auto machine trade, it seems the closer you get to the top rung of the ladder, the less of a people person you become. Maybe its the hours of isolation-or that no matter what you do its never enough-wether for yourself or other racers- maybe its being so used to controling everything to the thousandth that you forget people can't be treated the same way.
Theres a reason Bill Jenkins was called Grumpy....
Joke: How can you tell its Christmas in Sugar Hill Ga.? Warren only spent 6 hours on the dyno. ;)

Note: the author has spent over 25 years working in auto machine shops and has seen this trend all too well. If you have a good "happy" machine shop do your work, give me an address-I'll send a resume. :D

Speaking of Sugar Hill,Ga,I was just by there last Friday on my way to the SEC Championship game where my Auburn Tigers gave a beatdown to S. Carolina.:D In the back of the shop there was a hell of a commotion, sounded like all hell had broke lose but it only the SWEET sound of a WJ 500 CI P/S engine. I went back and told KJ it sounded like a 6.50 @213 but he disagreed,he said it was a 6.40 @ 214.:)

Just to add some 'color'....let's include Shawn Carlson for Bob to work with and Dave Connolly to motivate the Professor as he works on the practice tree! Ohhh yaaa!!! :D

Shaun is deceased incase you didnt know John. That was def. not a working pair though. BOb's not doing to well himself now either.

Don't worry about Joe having to skip any pizzas. He has found employment..........

Alan

i cant think of any team that has a lot of cash and could use an engine builder !
