Charlotte 1 Event Highlights:

Two-time event champion (2014, 2015)
2016 runner-up

2021 Charlotte 1 Recap:
Qualified sixth; Semifinal finish (defeated Shawn Langdon, Leah Pruett in E1, Doug Foley, Krista Baldwin in E2; defeated by Steve Torrence, Brittany Force in E3)
Last Event (Houston):
Qualified sixth; First round exit (defeated by Clay Millican in E1)
Career Statistics:
466 races; 68 wins (16 Pro Stock Motorcycle); 49 No. 1 qualifiers (11 PSM)
Noteworthy:
Brown enjoyed a solid showing at the Las Vegas Four-Wide Nationals earlier this month, having advanced to the final elimination quad
Brown has the most final quad appearances among the pro categories in the ‘four-wide era,’ with nine appearances between the Las Vegas and Charlotte events
The new team owner has visited the final elimination quad at the last three four-wide events (Las Vegas 2022, Charlotte 2021, Las Vegas 2021)
As a five-time zMAX Dragway winner, Brown is looking to tie Toyota teammate Steve Torrence’s class-best six Charlotte triumphs
Quotable:
“We’re looking forward to getting to Charlotte for the Four-Wide Nationals. We’ll get four qualifying laps, and gather more data and R&D, and see if we can pull off our first win as a new team this weekend. We have to go out there and grow and continue to learn with each lap we make with this Matco Tools dragster. We need to get our combination to be a little more forgiving, and more consistent. When you’re consistent, you start plugging away at those round wins. We’ve done well at the Four-Wide Nats in the past, and went to the finals in Vegas a few weeks back and we’re confident we can do that again this weekend in Charlotte.”
