Good stuff. What I find funny is that I don't even consider AB as an African American, different or whatever. I just always think of Ant as "One Cool Dude".

Drag Racing is the main motorsport where it's so diverse there's no need to toot horns when a woman or ethnic racer wins. As Alan Reinhart said after Indy last year, all we see is a person in a Firesuit and a Helmet.

In my whole 2 weeks of NHRA racing I gotta say Antron was the nicest racer I met, always had a minute to talk to me and actually picked me out of the crowd and thanked me for coming after the finals in Phoenix. Class act!

I heard an interesting theory that the reason our sport is so diverse is because of the fact that it started in california. As compared to nascar that started in the southern region of the country.
