Position Overview
Nitromater is seeking an Ad Sales Manager to help develop and expand advertising opportunities across the platform. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on building relationships, identifying sponsorship opportunities, and helping shape the future of advertising within the community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with brands, understands motorsports culture, and wants to play a meaningful part in helping sustain and grow a long-standing drag racing community.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new advertising and sponsorship opportunities through cold outreach
Build relationships with potential advertisers across motorsports and related industries
Collaborate on creating and refining advertising packages and pricing structures
Help develop creative sponsorship opportunities aligned with the Nitromater community
Act as a liaison between advertisers and the site to ensure successful partnerships
Requirements
Prior sales experience is required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Appreciation for motorsports and community-driven platforms is highly valued
