Nitromater.com is looking to add dedicated moderators to help support and grow one of the longest-running online communities in drag racing.

Since launching in the early 2000’s, Nitromater has grown from a fan forum into a respected hub where racers, fans, and industry insiders come together to share news, discuss events, and keep the passion for drag racing alive. As our community continues to evolve, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to help maintain a positive, engaging, and organized environment.

Role: Community Moderator​

Moderators help keep the site running smoothly by supporting members, maintaining discussions, and helping ensure Nitromater remains a welcoming place for everyone.

Responsibilities​

• Monitor forum discussions and help maintain respectful conversations
• Enforce community guidelines fairly and consistently
• Move, edit, or organize posts when necessary
• Assist members with basic questions or direction
• Help reduce spam and keep content relevant
• Provide feedback and ideas to help improve the community

Ideal Candidates​

• Passionate about drag racing and the Nitromater community
• Active and positive contributors
• Fair, level-headed, and professional in communication
• Able to handle disagreements respectfully
• Willing to collaborate with other staff

⏱ Time Commitment​

Flexible — moderators are volunteers who contribute when available. Consistency and reliability matter more than total hours.
