WYNNEWOOD, Okla. (Dec. 02, 2025) – Elite Motorsports, the largest professional drag racing team in the NHRA, has announced Michelle Domagala as its newly appointed Vice President, Operations and Partnerships.
Domagala, who has served as the Administrator for PRO (Professional Racers Owners Organization) for the past 18 years, will work with Elite Motorsports owner and President Richard Freeman in acquiring new partnerships, maintaining current relationships and building the Elite Motorsports brand both on and off the racetrack.
“I’ve known Michelle for a long time, but I had the opportunity to work closely with her when we put on the two PRO Superstar Shootout races. Michelle is one of the hardest working individuals in the sport. Those races wouldn’t have happened without her,” said Richard Freeman. “This sport is really all about the people and Michelle is one of the people I felt Elite Motorsports needed as we shift into this new era. We’re going on 20 full years of being in this business and we’ve got big plans. Michelle has offered a fresh perspective and will be instrumental in keeping us on the right path as we continue to change the sport for the better.”
Domagala will continue her work with PRO while she and husband, Mike, who serves as co-crew chief on TSR Nitro’s Top Fuel dragster, will partner with Elite Motorsports through their business, Premium Motorsports Products (PMP), to further accommodate their international customers and help Elite HP, Elite Motorsports’ high-performance parts, cars and engine division, reach a broadened audience.
“Richard and I have always worked well together. I see his vision clearly, and I believe in the excitement he’s bringing to the sport,” Domagala said. “Elite Motorsports has always done things a bit differently. The culture Richard has built and the people he’s surrounded himself with are truly second to none. I look forward to contributing to our unique brand and continuing Elite’s innovative approach to the sport of drag racing.”
In addition to working side-by-side with Freeman, Domagala will work closely with Sara Slaughter, Director, Communications and Sponsor Relations, to maintain partner deliverables and relationships. Domagala and Slaughter will work hand-in-hand with Innovative Creation Experts, a marketing firm owned and operated by Natalie Jahnke, to execute social media strategy. On the team side of operations, Courtney Enders will continue her role managing crew and personnel.
Ahead of the 2026 Mission Foods NHRA Drag Racing Series season-opening NHRA Gatornationals at Gainesville Raceway March 6-8 in Florida, Elite Motorsports will feature two Pro Mod entries driven by six-time Pro Stock world champion Erica Enders and three-time Factory Stock Showdown world champion Aaron Stanfield in the Drag Illustrated Winter Series. The series begins Dec. 5-7 with the Snowbird Outlaw Nationals then the U.S. Street Nationals Jan. 23-25 and concludes with the Drag Illustrated World Series of Pro Mod Feb. 26-28. All three events will be hosted at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Florida.
