“This is the last of four races in five weeks and we’re looking to close out June on a strong note after going out in the first round in Richmond and Bristol. We started the month with a semifinal finish in Epping, and we’d like to go at least that far again this weekend so we can start to chip away at the points deficit before the Countdown fields are set. Indy feels like it’s so far away, but the reality is, including this weekend in Norwalk, there are only four races between now and the U.S. Nationals so we need to make sure we’re making the most of any opportunity to put more points on the board. Plus, we’d love to get back into the Mission Foods Challenge when we get to Seattle.

“I’ve always loved racing at Norwalk. The Bader family does a great job in promoting the event and making sure the fans have a great experience. Between the Friday night fireworks, the ice cream, and all the different exhibition classes that run, there’s such a nostalgic air about this event that’s unlike anywhere else we race on tour.”
