    Paul, I agree. They always had a nice looking, clean car and seemed to run pretty well for a limited funds team. RIP R.C.

    Sorry to hear this. I remember seeing R.C. racing at Atco when I was a kid. No one can ever forget the crash he had in Baton Rouge when I think the throttle hung open. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

    Man, this has been a tough year.:(

    I remember seeing him in Nitro Nick's Raybestos car in Brainerd. During a rain delay, we killed some time talking racing with them in their pit. They let us stand under the awning and stay dry. Very nice people. Nick was talking about Eddie Hill's "wide" tires that mysteriously disappeared into the hauler after a particularly fast run.

    Another one, my God. I never met RC but I always liked him, heard he was a really good guy. So sorry to hear the bad news.

    .....13 days left in 2007...I can't wait for it to end as well.

    Rest in Peace Mr. Sherman. My condolences go out to his entire family and fans! I also really liked that Raybesto's car!

    R.C.was one of my favorite drivers .I worked for Raybestos when he was driving the Funny Car and got to hang out some with him and Nitro Nick at the U.S.Nationals .GREAT MEMORYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I remember the big crash he had. His initials from then on stood for Radical Crash.
